Been trying the Ubuntu 22.04 development version for a couple of days and have been very pleased with the aesthetics, performance and stability. Mate Tumbleweed is the most underrated distro. openSUSE have been around a very long time. It has TRUE full disk encryption (that includes /boot) and Snapper rollback in the GRUB menu.
